At IPYESA we have been supplying cardboard tubes to the metallurgical industry for over 40 years. Our tubes are especially resistant and suitable for steel and aluminium rolling processes, serving as a core in the rewinding process.

Cardboard tubes for coils

Our tubes have an optimal external roughness to avoid slipping and therefore telescopicity in the rolling process, and an adequate internal roughness to avoid wear on the winder shafts. They are made from 100% recyclable material, FSC ® certified, and are generally supplied on pallets of 8 units. We deliver within 10 days and offer the possibility of having a dedicated stock for deliveries in less than 24 hours. Currently, we supply aluminum coil pipes, galvanized steel coil pipes and painted steel coil pipes. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Inner diameter: Standard 508 mm, also available in diameters of 450 mm, 500 mm and custom diameters of between 250 and 608 mm can be manufactured.

Thickness: Standard 12mm, but thicknesses can be supplied upon specification, from 3 to 30 mm.

Width: 1,250mm (standard), but we can supply custom widths from 20 to 2000mm.
