The Management of IPYMETAL has developed this Quality Policy, which is systematically reviewed during Management System Reviews to ensure its suitability with the organization’s purpose. It serves as the reference framework for defining quality objectives.
The Policy is published on the company’s website and is continuously analyzed within the work team, establishing guidelines and actions, and providing support to ensure its fulfillment.
IPYMETAL is a company with extensive experience in the Distribution and Sale of Packaging products for the metal sector, supported by the trust that our various customers have placed in the Company’s activities.
In this regard, in the management of our activities, commitment to product quality, customer-focused service, and compliance with applicable legislation and other requirements of interested parties in all our activities is a constant principle in the operation of the Organization. Therefore, Management establishes the following commitments:

To implement the necessary measures to prevent and/or eliminate all factors that may negatively affect the quality of the products and services provided.

To ensure compliance with all legislation and regulations applicable to our activity, particularly those related to standards concerning our products, as well as any other requirements which, although not mandatory, are voluntarily undertaken by IPYMETAL.

To encourage the participation and involvement of all Company employees in the operation of the Management System and in the development and implementation of this Policy, as well as to provide adequate training so that personnel can perform their activities at the highest possible levels of Quality.

To promote among our suppliers, providers, and users compliance with all provisions established by the company regarding Quality.

To include all our activities within a Continuous Improvement philosophy, particularly those activities that directly or indirectly affect the Quality of our service or influence customer satisfaction.
In order to achieve these commitments, Management will establish and document realistic and measurable annual objectives.
Finally, this Quality Policy is reviewed annually by Management to ensure that its content remains fully valid, aligned with the organization’s values, and consistent with IPYMETAL’s business strategy and with the expectations placed upon us by our customers and other interested parties.
